Both routes print on the same film, on the same press, with the same turnaround. The only difference is how your artwork gets onto the sheet.
I have several designs
Upload as many designs as you like, set the printed size and quantity for each one, and our builder auto-arranges them onto a 12″ roll. You only pay for the length you actually use.
I have one design, or a sheet I’ve already laid out
Choose from fourteen ready-made sizes — single transfers from 3″×2″ right up to a full 12.5″×18″ gang sheet — then place your file in our standard editor. Fastest route if you already know the size you need.
Not sure which one you need? If you are sending us more than one design, or a mix of sizes, use the Gang Sheet Builder — it will almost always work out cheaper. If you already have a single print-ready file at a known size, pick the size.
Custom DTF Transfers · Printed in Utah · Shipped Nationwide
Upload your artwork and we print it on premium direct-to-film with a full white underbase, powder cure it, and ship it ready for your heat press. No minimums, no weeding, no setup fees.
From upload to heat press in three steps.
Transparent PNG, 300 DPI, up to 50 MB per file. Anything with a background will print that background, so make sure it is cut out.
Enter the printed width and height for each design and how many you want. The builder nests them and shows you the sheet length you are paying for.
Your sheet is printed with a white underbase, powder cured, and shipped or held for pickup. Peel, press, done.
DTF stands for direct-to-film. Your design is printed in full colour onto a clear PET film, backed with a layer of white ink, then coated in a hot-melt adhesive powder and cured. The result is a finished transfer you press straight onto a garment with a heat press — no cutting, no weeding, no screens and no setup charges.
Because the white ink is laid down underneath the colour, DTF prints stay bright on black, navy and every other dark garment. And because nothing is cut, there is no limit on detail — fine linework, gradients, photographs and small text all reproduce cleanly.
A gang sheet is one long sheet of film with lots of separate designs printed on it, packed together as tightly as possible. Instead of ordering ten individual transfers, you order one 3 ft sheet with all ten on it and cut them apart yourself.
The saving comes from the film. Printing a 4″×4″ logo on its own leaves the rest of that 12″ roll width unused — and you still pay for it. Gang up twelve of them and every square inch is working. Our builder does the packing automatically and charges by the finished length, so you never pay for blank film.

Small apparel brands testing a design before committing to a run. Print shops filling one-off custom orders without setting up a screen. Schools, churches, sports teams and clubs kitting out a squad. Crafters and Etsy sellers pressing to order. Businesses putting a logo on staff shirts, aprons, caps and tote bags. If you own a heat press, DTF removes almost every reason to say no to a job.

The one mistake to avoid: do not upload a JPG, and do not upload a PNG that still has a white or coloured background. Anything that is not transparent gets printed — you will receive a rectangle of ink around your design, and we cannot refund artwork errors once the film is printed.
We are a real print shop on Main Street, not a reseller with a white-label supplier. Your film is printed and cured in our own lab, which means if something is not right you speak to the person who printed it.

Use the Gang Sheet Builder if you have more than one design, or several sizes of the same design, and you want them packed together as efficiently as possible. It nests everything automatically and charges by the finished length.
Use a fixed size if you have a single design at a known size, or a sheet you have already laid out yourself in Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva. It is fewer clicks when you already know exactly what you need.
A PNG with a transparent background, at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed, up to 50 MB. Please do not send JPGs — a JPG cannot hold transparency, so the background will print as a solid rectangle around your design.
No. You can order a single transfer, or a single foot of gang sheet. There are no setup fees and no colour charges — a one-colour design and a full-colour photograph cost exactly the same.
Yes. Every transfer is printed with a full white underbase beneath the colour, so your artwork sits on white rather than on the shirt. Colours stay bright on black, navy, maroon and anything else.
Cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, canvas, denim and most tri-blends. DTF is far more forgiving on fabric than screen printing or vinyl. Waterproof and heavily coated technical fabrics are the main things to test first — press a scrap before committing a full run.
No weeding — that is the main advantage over vinyl. If you order a gang sheet you will need to cut the individual designs apart with scissors before pressing, which takes seconds.
Pressed correctly, a DTF transfer will outlast the garment in normal use. Wash inside out on a cold cycle, avoid fabric softener, and air dry or tumble on low. Do not iron directly on the print.
By length. The film is 12″ wide and you pay for how much of it your designs occupy, from 1 ft up to 10 ft. The builder shows the price update live as you add and resize designs, so you can pack the sheet tighter and watch the cost per design drop.
Production is 2–3 business days from approval, then shipping time on top. Select in-store pickup at checkout to collect from 123 South Main Street, Nephi, at no shipping cost.
Yes. Your layouts are saved to your account, so a repeat order is a couple of clicks — no re-uploading and no rebuilding the sheet.
We will flag obvious problems such as a low-resolution upload or a file with a solid background, but the preview in the builder is what we print. Please check the preview carefully before adding to cart — once film is printed and cured it cannot be reused.
Absolutely — that is what most of our DTF customers do. You keep full rights to your own artwork. You are responsible for making sure you hold the rights to anything you send us, including logos, characters and licensed designs.
Pick your route and upload your artwork. If you get stuck, call the shop — a real person answers.
